Information about New Mexico's social services such as health care, transportation, assisted living, independent living centers, legal assistance or home-delivered meals is just a click away.
We hope this online directory will provide you and the individuals you work with an easier way to access up-to-date, comprehensive services. Currently this directory contains data resources managed by the New Mexico Department of Health and by the New Mexico Aging and Long-Term Services Department.
The site now includes a Library of Information called "Learn About". This section of the directory has information on such topics as behavioral health care and counseling, Alzheimer's and other dementias, safety and legal issues, home and community services, and grandparents raising grandchildren.
